What type of equipment do you use?
- We carry multiple equipment types with us at all times and choose the equipment that is best suited for the task at hand.
How many photographs do you take?
- We take as many as we need to cover the assignment - there are no limits. All of your required photographs will be taken and a thorough documentation of the event will be provided. Our consultation prior to your event assures that we share the same expectations regarding your Special Day. Our Full Day Coverage provides for unlimited images.
How soon will we see our photographs?
- Many of your candid reception images will be available almost immediately, on-line, but you can expect your proof images no more than 2-3 weeks after your event.
What type of albums do you use?
- Album designs are as varied as the clients we work with. Traditional Matted albums, Library Flush mounted and the latest Coffee Table Styles are available. Cover options vary from the finest silks and leathers to laminates, woods or even your favorite photograph. We proudly feature, but are not limited to: Art Leather www.artleather.com and Capri Albums www.caprialbum.com.
Where are you located?
- We are located on the West end of Allentown, PA. Our hours are by appointment. We are available 24/7 via the internet or email. If you would like to make an appointment please call or go to our contact page. Our quality and professionalism is never subject to change, but our availability is!
What are your payment policies?
- Less than a Million Dollars! - Only kidding!! Normally, it's only the Photographers Creative Fee to reserve the day. Deposits against your album creation will be due at both two months and two weeks before your event date. If something else works better we are happy to discuss it. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa and of course Checks and Cash.
What about our negatives and digital files?
- Depending on your choice of options, your negatives and digital files become available for sale on your 1st years anniversary.
